Welcome to Dope Nerds. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing your use of the Dope Nerds website located at https://dopenerds.ai and all purchases made through the Dope Nerds online store, including program sessions, packages, merchandise, and digital resources.

By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms in full. Do not continue to use dopenerds.ai if you do not agree to all of the Terms stated on this page.

Dope Nerds LLC is a Maryland-registered business operating primarily in Washington, DC and the broader DMV region.

1. Cookies

The Dope Nerds website uses cookies to personalize your experience and support site functionality. By accessing dopenerds.ai, you agree to the use of required cookies.

You may access content on dopenerds.ai for your own personal or organizational reference, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from dopenerds.ai

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from dopenerds.ai for commercial purposes

  • Redistribute content from dopenerds.ai without express written permission

  • Use Dope Nerds program content, simulation designs, or curricula to develop competing products or services

Purchase of a program, product, or resource from Dope Nerds does not transfer any ownership, license, or rights to reproduce, distribute, or adapt Dope Nerds intellectual property.

3. Products and Services

Dope Nerds offers the following through its online store:

• School and organizational program sessions (single-session activations and multi-session packages)

• Merchandise including apparel and branded gear

• Digital downloads and educational resources

All program purchases are subject to scheduling confirmation by Dope Nerds following payment. A confirmed purchase does not guarantee a specific delivery date until scheduling is finalized in writing between both parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Dope Nerds reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

5. Program Scheduling

After purchasing a session or package, a Dope Nerds team member will contact you within 3 business days to confirm scheduling details. Delivery requires a mutually agreed date, location, and logistics confirmation. Dope Nerds reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen operational circumstances and will provide reasonable advance notice.

6. User Comments and Submissions

Certain areas of the Dope Nerds website may allow users to post opinions, feedback, or information. Dope Nerds does not filter, edit, publish, or review user-submitted comments before they appear on the site. Comments reflect the views of the individual who posts them and do not represent the views or opinions of Dope Nerds LLC, its agents, or affiliates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dope Nerds shall not be liable for any comments or for any damages, liability, or expenses caused by the use, posting, or appearance of comments on this website. Dope Nerds reserves the right to monitor all comments and remove any that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

By posting a comment, you warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the content and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so

• The content does not infringe any intellectual property right, including copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party

• The content does not contain defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material

• The content will not be used to solicit or promote business or commercial activities in an unlawful manner

By submitting a comment, you grant Dope Nerds LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use and reproduce that content in any form or format.

7. Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to the Dope Nerds website without prior written approval:

  • Search engines

  • News organizations

  • Online directory distributors linking in the same manner as they hyperlink to other listed usinesses

  • System-wide accredited businesses, excluding non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups

  • These organizations may link to our home page, publications, or other website content provided the link: (a) is not deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement by Dope Nerds; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

We may also consider and approve link requests from the following types of organizations: commonly known consumer or business information sources; dot.com community sites; associations representing charities; online directory distributors; internet portals; accounting, law, and consulting firms; and educational institutions and trade associations.

We will approve such requests if: (a) the link would not reflect unfavorably on Dope Nerds; (b) the organization has no negative history with us; (c) the visibility benefit justifies the association; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.

To request a link, email hi@dopenerds.ai with your name, organization name, contact information, your site URL, the URLs from which you intend to link, and the URLs on our site you wish to link to. Allow 2-3 weeks for a response.

No use of the Dope Nerds logo or branded artwork will be permitted for linking without a signed trademark license agreement.

8. Content Liability

Dope Nerds shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on third-party websites that link to dopenerds.ai. You agree to protect and defend Dope Nerds against all claims arising from content on your website. No links to dopenerds.ai should appear on any site that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, criminal, or that infringes upon or advocates the violation of any third-party rights.

Dope Nerds reserves the right to request the removal of any or all links to dopenerds.ai at any time. You agree to immediately remove all links upon request. Dope Nerds LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or any products and services purchased through the store. Our total liability in connection with any purchase or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dope Nerds excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Limit any liabilities in a way not permitted under applicable law

• Exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law

Dope Nerds does not guarantee that the information on this website is complete, accurate, or current, nor that the website will remain continuously available. As long as the website and its informational content are provided free of charge, Dope Nerds will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from use of the site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland, and both parties consent to jurisdiction in that venue.

13. Changes to These Terms

Dope Nerds reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of dopenerds.ai or any purchase made after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
